About Your Kidz Mealz Lunch Order
How does the Kidz Mealz program work?
Kidz Mealz operates completely online. You will place orders, select
menu items, and make payment through the Kidz Mealz website. Confirmations
will be by email. (Phone orders are not part of the Kidz Mealz program.)
How do I order Kidz Mealz?
On the Kidz Mealz website, you may:
Place weekly, monthly or full school-year orders.
View the complete list of hot and cold menu items.
Make selections for each days lunch to create a nutritious
balance of enjoyable foods you know your children will eat!
Make changes or cancel your order (with sufficient advance notice).
Pay by credit card using VISA or MasterCard. (Sorry, we are unable
to accept American Express.)
When should I place my order?
All orders, menu selections and/or changes to menu selections must be
received by midnight Thursday for the following week. Of course, you
may order anytime before that.
Midnight Thursday notice also applies to non-emergency cancellations.
How will I know Kidz Mealz received my order?
Kidz Mealz will send you an email confirmation whenever there is activity
on your account:
online order, menu selection, change of selection or non-emergency cancel.
What if there is a hurricane or other emergency?
You will receive a credit for any Kidz Mealz whenever a school is forced to close
for reasons beyond its control.
What is the Kidz Mealz cancellation policy?
Cancellations may be accepted on a case-by-case basis for:
Illness.
Family emergencies.
Non-emergency cancellation.
What is the Kidz Mealz refund policy?
Refunds may be made on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Fare to
Remember, Inc.
