Policies, Terms and Conditions

The terms, policies and conditions (collectively known as “Conditions”) described below govern the use of this site (referred to as Fare to Remember Kidz Mealz or SITE. Your use and/or placement of any order indicate your acceptance of these Conditions.

Privacy

We keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from our site, you provide your name, email address, credit card information, address, phone number and password. We use this information to process your orders, and to keep you updated about your orders. Our credit card processing vendor’s secure servers protect your information using advanced encryption techniques and firewall technology.

Credit Cards

We accept the following credit cards: VISA and MasterCard. We are unable to accept American Express at this time. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases with Kidz Mealz. Be sure to provide your exact credit card billing address. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.

Out-of-Stock Products

We purchase only highest quality fresh produce for our lunches. It is possible that some items may not meet our standards. Fare to Remember Kidz Mealz reserves the right to substitute items if the original item is unavailable.

Taxes
Fare to Remember Kidz Mealz will automatically charge and collect the applicable Florida state sales tax on all orders. Sales tax will be calculated during checkout.

Cancellations

Once you have received your email confirmation and order number you may not cancel your order. Completed orders are binding. Should circumstances warrant it and we have received reasonable notice, we may consider a refund in the form of a Kidz Mealz credit to be used against future purchases. We endeavor to ensure that school timetables are at all times complete and up-to-date.

Should you choose to cancel a weekly, monthly or full school-year plan, we must be notified no later than Thursday at 4:00 p.m. of the week prior to the week/month you wish to cancel. Please allow 14 days from the time that you contact us for the refund to be posted to your account. PLease note: a 15% cancellation fee will be applied against any refund.
